Magic Map Prevents Me From Racing!

I have V1.66 with the Megapack

When I installed the Megapack I kept getting the network connection lost whenever I entered the map function.

I read a thread that told me installing Magic Map could correct the problem. I installed the proper version that works with my version.

I can enter the map function now, but I am prevented from entering races, timed events, and speed events. I can, however, enter Hitchhiker, model, and delivery events.

I don't know how unique this problem is. Any help would be appreciated.

Magic Map is absolutely not intended to solve network connection problems... it just allows to use mods without crashing when starting the game :)

 

Your issue must be related to something else. Do you have a legal version of TDU ?
