^ Exactly. In the videos it just looks as if they've been sped up because the AI traffic cars also start moving much quicker. I don't see in any of the videos anything else happening other than them being sped up.

 

I could whip up a program that looked like that if not better in minutes. Just because it looks like a proper program doesn't mean that it actually does anything.
