Hi chaps,

 

Just joined this in order to share my experiences with resolving the dreaded stutter and crash.

 

Realtek HD - disabled

Radial.cdb file - deleted.

 

All OK now.

 

Still playing TDU 1. Still enjoying it. I personally think that I am some sort of Jedi as I managed to get up to 200+ mph last night in a Noble in what can only be called 'Rush Hour'. Man alive, I was good.

 

Then tried a Lambo and crashed it at 30mph.

Can't wait to get home again to see if the fixes are still valid. Need to try the wheel at the weekend. Can't use it during the week just in case the boss needs to do her work. Keyboard sucks but not as much as not playing the game at all!

Enjoyed a very pleasant 30 mins racing with someone in a CLS last night. I was in an SLR and we both topped 200mph severla times. Crazy! I love this game. I was very impressed with the unwritten rules concerning driving at speed with another online player in that when one of you crashes the other one pulls up and waits for crashed guy to honk the horn to indicate that you can both razz away.
