Decided to go back to my old gamertag because I realized I COULD indeed get the 430 Scuderia and Gallardo Superleggera, and all my lce forza content on that account. Also, its no longer banned at fm.net XD

You needed to have the Forza 3 LCE and still have a savegame on your hard drive.
