Install mods with TDU2 steam

Hey,

 

I play tdu2 now for a while and I was thinking to get a few mods.

I know that I have to unpack the game (I know how to do it) but i don't know how to install the car sound mods with the steam version of tdu2?

 

Maybe one of you guys know that.
