I got some problems with the product key.!

Hi, I bought the game yesterday installed, entered the cd key,where the "serial pop-up" appeard i enterd again the cd key cuz other code I dont got and if I got another one I cant see it.On the tdu2.com i made and account and im still waiting for the validation email it been almost 24h since i made my acc and still noting.Anyway on the tdu2.com i logged in and at "my account" i click there to enter the product key, i add it it says somehting like "good, your place is here, all in a green background) and after it tells me to enter a pre-order key that I dont have...Just please if u can help me... if not at least someone pm with all the steps to do to go onlline. THanks and sorry for my bad english.

Believe it or not I have heard that this still works and you will probably get a response. You should note though that Atari are currently undergoing bankruptcy and this month a lot of their assets and such are being auctioned off.
