Tool to disable motion blur possible?

Hi guys,

 

I have searched for a hack or any info on how to completely disable the annoying and unrealistic motion blur in TDU2 but found nothing so far, so my question is: is it technically possible to create a tool in order to achieve this?

You don't need a tool for that. Just use this tool and change the settings in your gamepc.cpr.
