[Solved] Halp! SecuROM is being silly!

Hello everyone!

Today I decided to play some TDU (as tomorrow marks the 1 year anniversary to the launch of Project Paradise :) thanks Speeder & everyone involved) but when I launched the game I got a SecuROM error:

Anyone know a fix for this? I know Microsoft is trying to kill this off, but I do not have the KB3086255 Windows Update installed. I also still have Windows 7.

Oh and I do have a legal copy of both TDU and the Megapack. (And yes it was in the disc drive)

Yeah I get this too every now and again, not entirely sure why... I guess I need not worry since the Windows update has probably broken my TDU now :'(

I solved it using the modiffied TDU .exe, there was no other way on W10, here is how

block the "TestDriveUnlimited.exe" in your firewall so it cant connect internet

 

Does that mess with PP multiplayer?
