how to add a new hair color for your avatar

right now my avatar's hair is reddish

however i want to change it to platinum blonde (aka bleach blonde, pale blonde) or anything close, but thats not available.

are there color codes for hair?

 

i know TDU Modding tools is capable of reading and editing databases, just like it would be with adding car colors.

 

are hair colors the same way. are they also in the database and do they have codes?

I suspect hair colour have more to do with textures applied to the 3D model of the avatar but I don't really know. I think it'd be the easier way to do it and it makes more sense that they'd do it the easier way as it is a car game after all.
