It was about 95 positive when i brought it tho

Paypal will contact the seller, if no reply or any sort of valid reason then they will refund you from their side then they take what they gave from the seller meaning you don't have the hassle of trying to get it yourself but they Paypal coming down on the seller for their fees will make anyone cough up.

 

I had to do this myself about 2 years ago and after 28 days got every penny back.
