TDU via Torrent?

Hello guys, I'm new in tdu world, I would like to download it full with platinum Mod included but as Torrent because with MediaFire it fails due to my bad Internet connection , does it exist? ( I can't buy it because in my country it's really hard to buy it) If not , a base game that I can patch it with Platinum mod could be great I'm not sure if platinum Mod works with any version of tdu .

So with platinum 1.0 it's not necessary to download tdu base game?
