2.00A patch

I installed this patch and i have a bug in some races. Races start i see the grid but always one car doesnt spawn and i must quit the game

I did  copy files i dont understand what else is there, it says updates to 2.00A in the game

Hd patch doesnt work too it says

-  'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

 

any solutions?

Make sure you have the latest version of Java and you can also enter the error code in Google this may solve your problem

And how about this problem with 2.00A patch? i did copy the files like in instruction so i dont know why some races dont want to start
