There is a tool called "STKit", made by one of the best modders in the scene, his name is Krom. If you have that tool, you can edit the tracks nicely.

Just ordered it from a seller on ebay and it was the only on ebay :D. Basically your confused as it was released as a germany only game in 2005 and it has now come to the UK as you see the release date on play.com ;). Hope that solved the confusion!
