Why would people want this?? Surely the point of the game is to compleate it yourself? Sorry but i've never got this.

I uploaded mine on GameFAQs.com, like normal people.

People do it because they can't be bothered playing through it, and want to just drive around in every car in the game, with ****loads of money :D
