I have had no dealings of it. But I would imagine not. As it works in the same way as doing it manually.

 

Please use the other thread for rim swapping please. To keep things easy to read :) I've asked Diablo to close this or Archive i, but it seems to have not been done :p

No, the TDU Toolkit does exactly the same thing as doing it manually. I don't think it's possible to put a larger file in place of a smaller one.
