I'm pretty sure it's a cache file .cdb (cache data base?? lol :P), if any of you have played WoW would have known the WDB files or whatever, same thing as TDU pretty much.

Every time you use TDU is writes data to it, when you delete it, a new one is automatically created.

Shadow, delete the radial file again if you haven't already, restart your pc aswell.
