I searched and couldn't fine an answer, is it possible to modify the in-game car stats such as HP/Torque etc? Thanks.

No you can only body swap to get that sort of effect ie out a Skyline on an Enzo for example. Those online will always see an Enzo though unless they've done the same swap.

You can't create new performance, however, you can swap the performance over, so you can be driving a skyline and online people will see you in a skyline, but you have the handling of an Enzo. However this will get you banned. In theory it's possible for offline though, even though I've never tried it.

 

All of this can be done in Notepad too ;)
