Well there is this one part of the Island on the 360 where, if you drive directly behind the A.I traffic, they go nuts and drive into trees, bushes, etc...

something to do with carbon emissions it produces. the R33 if i remember correctly is the only legal Skyline in the states. motorex used to detune R34's to be allowed into the country but they're out of operation now.
