  1. I have always been a big fan of the VR-4 cars by Mitsubishi. My mates dad owned one, he owned a couple of pubs and was always in something fast but could eat up the motorway miles. The 3000 though he bought just because he loved it. That is damn sneaky indeed, they deserve to be taken head-on if true and of course it would not surprise me in the slightest to find out others are doing it too.
  2. Keeping tire wear and fuel usage though yeah?
  3. Not sure how Loz, but you have me giving my sympathy to the Abarth driver as he looks kind of dum-de-dum in the way the pic is set. The classic Formula cars are stunning and that Audi sure is getting a lot of love from racing games these days. How many laps you cover in it? It seems to have killed a fair few bugs during them. :p
  4. This would be quite good I think as VW are like unlimited in potential. Would it be a VW branded engine or something else entirely from under their umbrella?
  5. Amazing pics those latest ones. Pluto looks so different to I think we imagined and it's all the better for it.
  6. @Ken: You trying to top Dan's #grasspaps pic? @GTAMD: Looking as sleek as ever mate, crazy that it's an 11 year old motor. Helps that it is one of my favourite design eras of the 3-series too. :p
  7. Miss your car too mate. :D Nice shots and well done on not tearing apart the landscape.
  8. Hahahahaha brilliant, take a bow you nutter.
  9. That is a great shot, just so much I like about it.
  10. Would have preferred Irn-bru but oh well. :cheeky:
  11. It's the little touches like this that make me smile. :)
  12. It looks like the T150 is a decent wheel then and at a mid-level price where Logitech used to be popular. It does appear that the games themself need to support or provide options to setup the wheel for a good experience compared to just out of the box. Is anyone considering getting one because it would be great to hear your impressions if so. :)
  13. Cheers Loz, that is some nice two-wheeled action you caught there. :)
  14. Brilliant use of the colours in this one mate, very eye-catching! For a request can you do some hard-cornering: as in two-wheeling off the kerb? Turning in hard and maybe some slight peeling out on exiting corners.
  15. The Handling and Tuning section has been lit up now with the run-down on how players will be able to cater the handling to their tastes (it is not a sim remember) and what the tuning options will be and provide. Personalized Handling
  16. It's probably more in line to stop the manual-clutch users on the pad doing the A-button trick where they make A the clutch meaning it's a simple press of two buttons with your thumb giving an advantage over every other form of gear changing user. Upgrading the gearbox, clutch and other parts should of course stay fairly true to the advantages they would actually provide.
  17. [headline]Need for Speed FAQ[/headline] Along with the announcement that the PC version of Need for Speed is delayed to Spring 2016 comes this official FAQ. The questions surprisingly are not your typical already known and vaguely answered type that we all seen many times before, but are in fact straight answered for the most part. In them we find that they plan to release content packs for FREE and do not have any paid DLC planned as well as no microtransations. There is also the mention about no need for Xbox Live Gold or PlayStation Plus in order to play the game in 'Solo' mode. And a small slither of hope for those of us wanting features like manual transmission and split-screen, as the answers mention that 'we are investigating' these areas. As much as we all probably expected typical EA in the answers there doesn't appear to be much of it, which I am sure you will agree is highly-surprising but also extremely welcome. Source: Need for Speed FAQ
  18. Your post was made in a thread that had NOTHING to do with the PC version or even the release of the game and so was removed.
  19. [headline]Need for Speed 2015 PC Delayed[/headline] Need for Speed 2015 is delayed on PC to Spring 2016, the console version will still come out on their original release of this coming November. The decision has been taken due to the PC community being extremely vocal about how an unlocked frame rate is a massive priority for them and so Ghost is going to make it happen. PC muppets get all content released for consoles for free on day one though. Source: Need for Speed Update
  20. Please do this and stream/capture it. Remember all the awesome times and races on Forza 2 we used to have. (except Camel he would cheat with his greatness)
  21. Yeah got lucky, thought I was going to need to wait until we upgraded tbh.
  22. Attachment test. [ATTACH]24054[/ATTACH] Fixed it thanks to RedFoxy of vbulletin.org
  23. UPDATE: This issue has now been fixed. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- As some of you have noticed attached images when inserted into posts are not removing the normal attachment display shown at the bottom of posts. This is a bug that has been introduced with this version of vB and will be fixed in a future upgrade. For now though if you wish to avoid this from happening you need to change your Editor mode to Normal (Source Mode) by clicking the icon at the top left (small black A with a diagonal line with a blue A) of the editor and then insert via the Attachments icon (paperclip) and click on the ones you want. When you do this you will see the attachment inserted with the code shown below. [plain][ATTACH=CONFIG]SOMENUMBER[/ATTACH][/plain] The problem occurs when you try and insert via the WYSIWYG/Full editor and they get inserted as the below instead. [plain][/plain] Alternatively you can insert the above, remove all the text except the SOMENUMBER and put [plain][ATTACH][/ATTACH][/plain] tags around it so it shows like the below resulting in the correct display too. :) [plain][ATTACH]SOMENUMBER[/ATTACH][/plain]
  24. Great composition on the BAC shot with that banner and brilliant pics of the BTCC cars.
