  1. Experienced some internet issues this morning so held off a bit but it looks to be much better so will be going ahead with this in the next hour or two.
  2. Apologise to King Scatman John NOW! Now now, let's not oversell it, I'm an idiot remember and I'll just be glad if it works for people!
  3. Hey there muppets, just a heads-up that from tomorrow (or later today if it's the 11th where you are) we will be looking to upgrade and update our server and software in preparation for our new look. The first of this is to upgrade the forum, unfortunately due to some head banging technical difficulties the site will be later but you guys mainly use this board anyway so we're sure you'll be fine with this. :D As we have a tendency to crash, freeze and sometimes even explode our equipment we have no real timescale to how long this will take and will have a page up where we will post updates to inform of how it's going. As well as twitter and facebook where we will also post info to what we are currently experiencing in the process. So be sure to wish us luck! :warnsaw: We are sorry if this inconveniences you and we hope you will like what is to come. Thanks for your time and presence, - turboduck team
  4. SCALEBOUND was a pleasant and awesome surprise! Who doesn't want to play a game where you fight alongside a dragon sidekick?
  5. Going into this with little to expect but no doubt will be well surprised with what comes, will be cool to see more of the Wild Run for The Crew and more NFS 2015 will be a nice little watch too I hope and if the RDR2 musings are true then bring that on too!
  6. I still haven't fully finished the original RDR but I really do enjoy returning to it. Another would just be amazing to see even if I couldn't play it.
  7. Happy Birthday Soundy! Surprised it took this long for a thread to appear for you but hey better late than never eh? Hope you had a real good day and that you got some nice things even if it was just a load of cards. :D Cheers for all you do around here mate! :bparty:
  8. From early looks and what people are saying it's looking like this could be XP3*. *many still hold XP as King of Windows OS (note Win 7 was XP2)
  9. Couldn't help but do that as your avatar was too perfect not to. :D Welcome to the :duck:!
  10. Eeek! That's going to cost a bit to put right. I'm so upset i can't even think of anything witty to say :(
  11. I'll be sure to give it a go in the near future then. :)
  12. I don't think I've ever played a MAFIA game, though I might have the second one due to Games with Gold. Is it worth a play?
  13. Haha he dropped it? I'm actually amazed it doesn't happen more often as some of them are really odd shapes and I imagine quite weighty.
  14. Happy Birthday cal, hope you have a smasher of a day! :bunny:
  15. [headline]Donald Where's Your Doontime?[/headline] Hey there, if you had some difficulty visiting us today (or still are and are not able to view this until now) then please accept our apologies. The issue was caused by an expired domain of ours, that domain was tdu-central.com. An old one that many of you will remember us having before we became turboduck, but a domain that we treasure and keep due to it being an integral part of our history. This domain is not just used for rose-tinted look backs though, nope it's also used as our nameserver domain so when it expired without notification (bloody host!) all the servers around the world updated with this and thus you were unable to connect, as the correct routing was not being provided to your browser in order to reach us. Thankfully though, one of our lazy-eyed (cheers Baldy!) staff notified myself about this, as it appears my ISP is incredibly late in updating their DNS and so I was still able to get on and not realise the issue that was going on! :oook: The domain has since been renewed, the nameservers updated and now we just wait for the info to propagate around the world, in a manner that tells when our visitors want our domain, they go via the correct route and reach us as is normal. Again we are very sorry for any inconvenience and low-duck filled viewings you have experienced today due to this. Thanks for reading this and for being a member of our community! :duck: *QWUACK!!* - turboduck team tl;dr: a domain expired which meant your browser had no idea how to reach us.

    Your foot is alright yeah?
  17. We cannot effectively look out into space exploration until we get together and stop the petty crap between each other here on earth. When you see the pics from the ISS and of earth from space, it makes you realise our home is beautiful and looks so peaceful and yet down on it idiots prevail!
  18. Ever looked up the Hubble eXtreme Deep Field (XDF) image and then looked at the context to what area of space it represents? Now that will mess up your head. Even if we are not alone, chances of us finding or visiting are so remote it's actually upsetting to think about. :bdown:
  19. I thought this was a more probable discovery compared to others due its star size, its own size and the distance it is from its star? It's not like the others where there can be no atmosphere because their star burns it all up due to the proximity and isn't too far away or the star too small to provide the required heat believed to create life like here one earth. What is remarkable about this exoplanet is that it is in our own galaxy and relatively close, it's 6 billion years old and the light we are seeing from it is, I believe, 1400 years old. Putting that into our own terms here on earth means the light we could be seeing is from the dark ages even though we are living in the 21st century right now. Messes with your head when you think of these things. :derp: Check out the NASA link with info and media from the briefing
  20. Well that's interesting and dare I say I actually quite like it. I'd remove the badges though.
  21. Yeah I heard about this not too long ago and thought it's a good and bad thing, however more good as it means devs can't just throw up broken rubbish and run away with the money. Maybe it might make the PC demo return to stop people buying to try and then returning.
