    I have Candy, get in the Van! The New Year is fast approaching and in true Turn 10 style they don't let the fact that's it's Christmas or even a new year spoil the festivities, so much so that any chance of a delay coming to their usual 'announcement' and 'release' of the next "monthly DLC" is quickly put to rest with this latest announcement and date of release for the 'Recaro' Car Pack coming for Forza Horizon on the very first day of the brand new year.... yes the 1st January 2013 for those of you trying to work that out. This is a pack that has been labelled as having "something for everyone" and they are not kidding, from the crazy 'yank tank' Cadillac Escalade or the track honed Lexus LFA Nürburging Edition and even a basic GMC van, yes you read that right, a van, so typical looking and dull that it could easily be inserted into the game as an AI civilian and be totally forgotten about. There is indeed! something in this pack that will appeal to everyone, I mean look at this; you have the Exotic muppet with the Pagani, the JDM muppet with the Lexus, the US Muscle muppet with the Mustang, the 'Gangsta' muppet with the Cadillac, the Racer muppet with the Lotus, the 'Sunday Driver' muppet with the SLR McLaren and the 'to be avoided at all costs' muppet with the Van. Whatever category you fall into then fear not as there is a vehicle here especially catered to YOU! As always the cars ...and a van are the star so here is the list for those of you who just wanted to see the pretty pictures. 1. Cadillac Escalade ESV 2. GMC Vandura G-1500 3.     You didn't half go all out on the 'shoot' of that car mate, stunning angles, backdrops and lighting all round. Beautiful stuff!

    I guess that's one of the bonuses of getting the pack, the cars. I'll be trying out Forza Rally tonight probably. :D Nice shots of the Evo drifting across from the Sesto Elemento and the clean looking one next to the water.

    Seasons Greetings! Hey there folks! We just want to to take the time to wish our visitors a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year. With the world not ending when it was supposed to - for probably the 98th time - it's now time to look forward to the cheer and merriment that this time of year brings, be it with the gifts or the collective meet-up of family and friends. However you enjoy this time of year we hope you enjoy it and that it's full of joy and beer cheer. And here's to the new year of 2013 being a brilliant one filled with prosperity and opportunities for you and yours. I know this will be late for a number of our visitors who are upside down but the general sentiment is the same guys!     The TDU1 mob are a very temperamental bunch, they will worship the ground you stand on when you do good things for them, but stop in the middle of something and they will run up the two-flights of stairs, throw on a dressing gown and hunt you down with their out of date produce and groceries. Best thing to do is leave on a high and slowly walk away. :D

    Final Game with Dev event takes place from 10AM PST (6PM GMT I think) and lasts the whole day. Both Forza 4 and Horizon will be in it and it's your chance to win a Unicorn and maybe even a DLC pack if you're fastest finger with the codes they post. These are always well busy and it can take anywhere from 5mins to a few hours before you'll find an available room to enter but hey it's kind of fun and you can win free stuff. Which is always good right? :D

    Car looks good, makes me want to see a real-life shot of the car from this angle as it suits it well. @Rev & @Em: That Av SV is going to be so cool to see, can't wait for more info.

    I reckon had it been actual open-world the map would have been ok, however since they completely backtracked on that little build-up of information prior to release people are seeing the game for what it is.
