    Looking at the fifth and sixth images I would like to see how the car looks with the small part under the turboduck banner next to the rear wheels and the yellow section of the rear of the car would look in black. I think that would break up the car quite well too. What you think?

    Would be good to have SECURITY in a well-spaced san-serif typeface underneath the 'Squirrel Mafia' text I think. The mirrors in red (#C20B0B) might give a bit of break-up of the colours too.

    The AI traffic must make an impact too, and if MCLA showed me something it's that a lack of traffic makes for a boring p2p drive usually. That being said I would have liked it to be 10+ preferably 12. It will be interesting to see if Forza Horizon 2 has upped the active players shown to more than the 'typical' 8.

    Anthracite like in GTA is a good colour, wonder if we can have a coloured outer-rim? :hmmm: And about some red brakes if possible? Also iirc the hex code for the yellow we used was #FFC900. Also 'turbo' is bold remember. ;)

    That is awesome!! I'm agreed on the cut-off turboduck on the boot/hood/trunk/hood, need more of that showing imo too. I am liking where it's going though, brilliant stuff! Also can we specify the type of rims and what colour they and the brakes are by chance? :cool:

    Yeah I saw that too but decided to leave it as it's easy to mix up Aston's if you don't know them so well. I think they're probably thinking DBS or Vantage in all honesty. Maybe we need an icon or colour for stuff like that?

    I agree, TDU2 heavily played into the 'forcing' to buy the Casino or pay real cash for things way more than most games as it didn't allow you to redo certain high-paying events, which is nuts considering the 180mph races were so well known in the original game. Truly showed where Atari was heading and wanted from that title. That's not to say I wasn't expecting money to be so easy to come across again but I never thought they would go down route.

    It's mostly flat and boring though, the others have off-camber turns, blind crests and more. Silverstone is just somewhere you can drive around. Then again I guess F1 cars wouldn't like tracks that are like that.

    Whose defending? I was responding to the tweets above my post from Julian and then posting actual findings (very profitable 'whales') and happenings (Forza 5 backlash) relating to mt's. :)

    People have jumped on the microtransactions (mt) like it's some sort of King.com screw the player so they feel like they have to pay to progress type deal, but what is actually happening is you are getting an alternative means of paying if you don't play through the game. Now some may think - and it could well be true - that the game has been extended to slyly makes mt's more enticing but if Forza 5 showed us something it's that people won't stand for this nonsense. Unfortunately some people are dumb and it's the 0.5-2% of the 'whales' that make mt's profitable for these companies and the rest of us have to deal with it or just walk away. The fact that you can't use what you buy until you hit a certain level is reassuring though. More about this will obviously come out in the run up to release anyway.
