    Ry posts a lot of the months happenings but there is obviously more. Also it's typically easy to see what should and what should not be posted on WMD forums. Not to mention your article would need to be approved first before Publishing until you get the swing of things and are able to be let off on your own. :cool:

    Everyone apart from the 3 of 1 me and Ry and Loz have been removed from being able to write at this time. If you feel you can think of something that you would like to write about then by all means I'm all ears! Basically it comes down to what do you play right now and what are you looking forward to?

    TDU1 Hardcore mode was the king for that though. Ever try it? :nuts: The brakes were quite on/off though which made slowing gracefully that bit more non-existent. :hmmm:

    Hey all of you! Right listen, we have a site after so long of not having one (god you guys went on and on) and I am trying to do my best to keep this place, that place, my real place and my living place all moving in a fun continuous motion. However I am only 3 people in 1 man and I need help! I have good folk like Ryzza and TDUFREAK, and when he can manage it, Loz, who help with the posting of News and such but I really do need more of you on-board. So if you feel you could take charge of being the main writer for a set game or series as well as are relatively comfortable writing and using web based CMS systems like WordPress (what we use), Joomla, MovableType, Drupal etc then please get in touch and we will string you up and give you a trial and see if you make the bolognese. I'm useless at writing, I can admit that but I am doing this because a) I have to and b) I want to improve in my writing, punctuation and grammar plus it's fun and gets new people to the community and also gets the highly-serious turboduck name out there. :oook: So give me a shout in here or PM and let me know what you would like to take as your own, if we get a decent contingent of people I can start sending out pigeons to PR contacts and get you guys into doors and fridges maybe that will help with your writing about your said subject.     Blasphemy! Cruising = Driving so how can the terribly handling TDU2 be better than the lesser awkward TDU1 in this respect? I respect your opinion even if it is wrong. :cheeky: My pref would be TDU1 over everything TDU2 does handling wise.

    The 918 looks ugly imo, yeah I said it! :lol: The The Ferrari is a striking car from the back and side back the front is very very wedge like, so I guess that leaves the P1 and I have to admit I did not like the looks of this car when it was shown in Orange, Yellow and Silver but in Black it just works for me. It's like a road going Mazda Furai almost and knowing that McLaren are the ones behind it and the way it sounded on Top Gear I think it would be that for me if I ever had the remotest choice at either. The The could still sway me though, will need to see it in some videos and such before making final decision and putting my signature down and selling my organs. :D

    Yeah that was annoying, however I did always love the fact the power the cars had showed itself when you had your foot to the floor and went over small rises or turned a bit too hard, the McLaren's were so much and a real handful due to this. The Koenigsegg's would wheelspin all the way upto 5th gear iirc!

    Let's not forget though that the handling of TDU was pretty bad itself, the brakes especially (and not just in Hardcore mode).

    Ah but if they were more hands-on they may have created a more robust anti-mod setup on the servers. So yeah supporting modding from the start is a good idea and gains a lot of respect and following from players. Keeping that is tricky though and DLC you imagine may be hard to sell later.

    And the Gallardo, the background is from a garage in TDU2 and those two cars were not in the final on-the-shelf game.

    What do you think of this then guys? Is Eden back as it was once or will they be having to start anew as clearly we already know a number of 'TDUteam' are at Ivory, and obviously after the shuttering of Eden Games by Atari the previous workforce are probably all over the place. Does this even excite you in anyway or are you expecting the same or do you have hope that things can get back to the good times?     TDU3 or not TDU3? That is the question! In business some strange things can happen that can basically result in a complete orbit of circumstances, companies close down and then re-open as something new but then the new shuts and we find ourselves back with the previous starting afresh, almost like a resurrection of sorts. This looks like it could be the case with the now defunct Eden Games who as we all know made the fantastic Test Drive Unlimited (TDU) and the why why why?!! sequel of Test Drive Unlimited 2. Now though it looks like we have a new old new company in Eden Studios, if you follow the link you can see they are looking for staff to work on the "game development of a [sports] car game" and that a very familiar face shows itself in the domain registration details; none other than Eden Game co-founder and tduck owning Mr David Nadal! *applause* So what does this mean? Does it mean a Test Drive Unlimited 3 is coming? Does it mean a game like TDU but not TDU is coming by those behind TDU and TDU 2? I don't know to be honest and sure enough a number of the main people behind TDU now work at Ivory Tower on The Crew which is due later this year and is excitedly said to be "the spiritual successor to Test Drive Unlimited". However rest assure that I will try and put a spy in their office - preferably in a cupboard with breathing holes - to get the lowdown on this new old studio and what plans they have in mind and what motions they are getting into. If the name doesn't ring a bell then all you need to know that is even before TDU came this wonderful studio brought us games such as V-Rally (and it's successors) and the incredibly good NFS: Porsche Unleashed, so they do know how to make a damn fine racing game when they put their minds to it. Either way it's good to see them back and we hope that this time they don't go the route of of before and instead concentrate on getting the core driving down first before doing any of the other side parts as at the end of the day folks, a driving game should be enjoyable to just drive in right? Alternatively they may be jumping into mobile and tablet development or *shock horror* - a free-to-play game!! Whatever it is we'll be watching and listening. Hey you!
