You're playing Test Drive Unlimited on PS2, PSP, XBOX 360 and PC? If so, you have to understand that, TDU on PS2 has a great soundtrack, while PC version also has the great soundtrack, but some of them are missing. You love the PC version soundtrack, but you want to listen to the songs, that were exclusive for the PS2 version (and PSP or XBOX 360 version)? No problem, this mod is for you!
This mod adds the PS2/PSP/X360 songs to PC version of TDU1, without replacing any song from PC exclusive soundtrack (even Remedy by Seether, i love this song and band so much!)
It restores 1 song from PS2/PSP/X360 version to Radio Classik on PC, adds 10 songs from PS2/PSP/X360 to PC Radio Bot (including 7 songs made by Smashtrax, so no worries), 6 songs to PC Sweet Radio (5 of them came from the PS2/PSP/X360 version, while the 6th song is the second part of "You're Wasting My Time" by Billy Garner, added as a bonus, because it also fits to TDU1 vibes too, just like his first part of "You're Wasting My Time", of course) and 5 songs from the PS2/PSP/X360 version added to Radio Djey on PC.
Installation:
you have to install this file "link to the mod (1).txt and copy-paste the link to Mediafire where you can download this file "TDU1 PC extended radio.zip", because of the limited file size, which is 50 MB
copy and paste the "Radio" folder to this folder called "Euro" (replace all the files if asked)
then, copy and paste the "Bnk" folder to the same folder, which is called "Euro" (replace all the files if asked)
OR
copy and paste the whole "Euro" folder to "Test Drive Unlimited" folder (replace all the files if asked)
That's it! Enjoy your listening to the PC songs & PS2/PSP/X360 songs!

Sound mod for the Shelby Cobra 427, 1967 GT500, and 1967 GT500 Eleanor.
Cobra:
Styled after a stock setup. Features very subtle full range burble and exhaust resonance. Works for stripe and no-stripe tunes of the standard Cobra 427.
GT500
Styled after the standard Shelby tuned 428 Cobra Jet, with custom headers and period 3" header back exhaust with resonator. Features mild burble and decel resonance. Works for '67 GT500 and Tremec versions.
Eleanor
Uses the same sound as the GT500, with the addition of a supercharger. Sound styled after the well known GMC 671 blower. Supercharger sound is full range including idle.

Retune of the Lexus IS300 TRD for TDU Platinum using real world data and experience.
Features:
Fully remade torque curve using data from a real 2JZ-GTE dyno sheet. Handling characteristics reflect a hypothetical TRD edition IS300 based on parts interchangeability from other Toyota products and available TRD upgrades. Balanced and tested as high performing E class against vehicles such as Mercedes CLK and RX7 Type R. Installation:
Extract Euro folder to TDU install directory. Overwrite when asked. Import IS300retuneV2.mini.json to car slot 656 using TDUF. Drive car! Notes:
Vehicle handling was set up using the modified torque curve. Using one without the other may have in unexpected results. BTRQ can be used on other cars with the 2JZ-GTE engine but may not work correctly on high horsepower tune levels. Thank you! -

Known issues
- The plugin causes game crashes on the 21MB exe and I have yet to find out why, considering how it would only crash after roughly 3 races of driving, I believe the 21MB exe might have some sort of exe integrity check that was not fully patched out

Installation on Windows
Place dinput8.dll, MinHook.x86.dll, tdu2_physics_tweaks_config.json, dinput8_ffb_tweaks_i686.dll and tdu2_physics_tweaks_i686.asi next to TestDrive2.exe.
Installation on Linux+WINE
Copy the file next to TestDrive2.exe following the Windows instruction.
After that you'd likely also have to declare a dll override before the asi loader as dinput8.dll will be picked up. It can be done in winecfg or with the below environment variable.
export WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dinput8=n,b" Alternatively, if you are already using dxvk, chances are you have a d3d9.dll override ready to go. Simply install dinput8.dll as d3d9.dll instead.

Usage
After installation, edit tdu2_physics_tweaks_config.json to nudge the game closer to your taste.
Some values can be adjusted while the game is running. Check the in-json string comments for when values are applied.
The following examples adjusts vanilla cars to feel somewhere between tdu2 and tdu1 hc. Time trials and license tests will become relatively more challenging.

Notable options are override_analog_settings, steering_sensitivity, steering_deadzone, steering_wheel_mode, steering_max_angle under the overrides section, as well as the ffb_tweaks section
TDU2 sadly do not render wheel physics using constant force effect, but with spring and damper effects, basically asking the wheel to do it instead.
You'd likely need to raise spring gain and adjust damper gain in your wheel's setting software to have better wheel feedback (eg. my g29 on linux, https://github.com/berarma/new-lg4ff driver along with https://github.com/berarma/oversteer gui allows adjusting overall, friction, damper and spring effect gains; Ghub on windows on the other hand seems to not expose any of those settings and Logitech Wheel Helper seems to have stopped working with the newest Ghub)
Additionally when ffb tweaks are enabled, front wheel slipping feedback is simulated in a best effort manner
Perhaps one day the game physics engine will be studied enough for re-implementing steering phyiscs entirely

Trouble shooting
Make sure your edited config is a valid json file and contains all the keys this tool needs.
Check tdu2_physics_tweaks_log.txt if the game refuses to start/self closes.
If tdu2_physics_tweaks_log.txt or dinput8_ffb_tweaks_log.txt don't change / don't get created, make sure the directory and the log files are not readonly.

On windows, install cygwin, along with mingw64-i686-gcc-core and mingw64-i686-gcc-g++ toolchains, then run build.sh at the project root in cygwin shell.

Description
This mod adds 139 additional races to TDU Platinum, primarily multiplayer and club races that have been converted to single player races, with many having newly modified routes. These races have been set to unlock gradually as you increase your player level. Some of the new races have entry requirements involving the use of the new manufacturers added by TDU Platinum. Along with this, several of the base game races have also had their prize payouts modified to be similar to those of the new races, and a small number have also had their routes adjusted.
Many of the converted multiplayer and club races were max speed races, which I felt was rather overkill to retain as is. I've converted several of these into either standard races or time trial events. They will still appear on the map as speed races and count towards the Speed Race achievement progress, but other than this they function correctly as standard races/time trials. If I can find how to convert the map markers for these races to their new respective race types I will do this in a future update.
The mod includes a custom Database file, which adds additional possible AI opponents. Some of the manufacturers in TDU Platinum do not have many of their cars assigned to the AI by default, for instance RUF only has one car assigned. I modified the Database to add additional models to these under-represented manufacturers to add extra variety to the opponents in certain manufacturer-specific races.
This mod comes in two versions, featuring either standard length knockouts consisting of three to seven opponents, or shortened knockouts featuring only three opponents (except one race which features five opponents due to the very short lap length). Both versions are included in the mod zip file.
Requirements
To use this mod, you will need the following prerequisite mods:

289 Races on Map by tasos007007
Regarding the 289 Races on Map mod, you only need to install the contents of the 'Test Drive Unlimited' folder within the mod's zip file, so ignore the contents of the other three folders.
How to Install
Installation of this mod is simple. After installing both TDU Platinum and the 289 Races on Map mods, extract the contents of the folder of the corresponding version of the mod you wish to use to the root directory for your TDU installation (by default this would be "X:\Program Files (x86)\Atari\Test Drive Unlimited", where X is the drive letter where you installed the game).
To check that the mod has installed correctly, enter any player house that you own. From there, select 'Game Info > Game Progress' and tab over to the 'Single Player Challenges' section. Hover over the Single Player Victory Level 6 target to see if it shows 259 races to complete the objective.
I've also included an add-on that modifies two max speed races to become money races you can farm to earn large amounts very quickly for purchasing cars and/or properties. Further details about which races these are can be found in the ReadMe in the 'Money Races' folder. To install these simply extract the contents of the 'Money Races' folder to the TDU root directory and select 'yes' when prompted about overwriting files.
Hints & Tips
When you reach Amateur level, several races will unlock which feature routes that pass by the locations of the seven tuning shops on the map, allowing you to easily unlock them. These races are:
Route for Take-off (Japan Auto Parts and British Specialist) The Puuni Race (Today's American Parts) Ascent of the Pepe (US Muscle Tuner) Lead Soles (European Specialist and British Parts) Friends or Enemies? (Forza Tuner) For the races requiring cars from RUF, Mine's and the BMW M3 GTR, these cars are not available for purchase directly from the car dealers. To acquire these cars, you will need to purchase a base model car and upgrade it into the respective models. These are as follows:
RUF - Select Porsche 911 models (pre-2010s) and Boxster S Mine's - Nissan R32 GT-R and R34 GT-R BMW M3 GTR - BMW M3 E46 (the name of the event, Oahu's Most Wanted, provides a clue to which M3 GTR to upgrade to) The Champion level class-restricted races up to class C feature opponents two classes above the entry requirement class. So for example, the class F Champion level race features class D opponents, and the class C races feature class A opponents (class B and A events feature class A opponents). These races are designed to encourage the use of upgraded cars, as while not impossible, they are very difficult to win with stock cars.

Examples of some models that came with the 440 as an option was the Dodge Challenger/Charger and Plymouth Roadrunner. To install just rename the file to vehicle you want to put it on in the file directory Test Drive Unlimited/Euro/Bnk/Sound/Vehicules (Be sure to back up original file).

Description
Even if it's called "Editor", this tool is a toolbox to export your files in your favorite 3D editor (maya, 3DS max, blender,... any editor as long as it's compatible with .obj) and obviously do the opposite. 😛
This choice as been made simply because I didn't want to make the usage of a cheap and badly written 3D editor an obligation. 😄
.obj has a pretty basic structure making easy to build an object from nothing.

Not a 1-1 port. There are a few differences.
Also added the runway from an older mod "Dillingham Airfield Resurfaced" to avoid conflicts

How to install:
Normal route:
Find "Euro" should be the folder after "mod-data"
Replace Euro in your tdu1's directory. Let it overwrite sector files.
Andraste route(if you have the mod manager installed)
Extract RAR into "mods" folder located in your TDU directory

I working on new physics to TDU2
Here is new 1.05 version
Features:
Braking can block wheels More powerful handbrake Some optimization of traction control Edited ForceFeedback Edited aerodynamics Good for drifting Realistic understeer New motorbike physics and handling
Important:
Hardcore setup is now really hardcore and it's good for drifting with 4wd cars (e.g. Bugatti Veyron)
Sport setup is made for drifting with rwd cars and for perfect lap times
Full assistance is for normal cruise around city and it can also be used for perfect lap times easily
It works online and also with Unofficial patch and AutoPack.
I was originally inspired by Veno physics mod and thanks to him I could understand how it works.
Used modifications:

Tested on Logitech G27
I still working on Clutch/Brake linearity and car suspension. Now I work on version for normal (slow) driving with smooth brakes and steering. I'll release it soon.
