  2. Some of those arent so bad! especially hyundai + perfprmance! have you seen the WRC Hyundai accent? *drool* errr, for noise, also true, my bike produces 12hp lol rolling start, yep, my bike is heavy but gets 70 (eventually) my best mate's gets 60 but gets there alot quicker :p Also, i lean REALLY far back and it hurts my back! I suppose that's the thing about having a cruiser!

  4. Don't bother with that, over here the most advanced thing that we used in high school maths was the cos-1 etc. stuff for trigonometry, you'll only need a calculator that powerful if you want to do maths (statistics) or physics in college. and you might as well buy one closer to the time if you're doing that cause they'll be even more powerful
  5. 112. brand new motorbike =D
  6. I wish it could do well, but at the end of the day, the last few years have proven that no derv = no dice, diesel has trumped all.
  7. 18/20, but most of it was process of elimination, although i was proud to know the corolla one :D
  8. Deja Vu is such a horrible thing, complete mindscrew... also, the final destination films are a sort of Deja Vu type thing, and they really are dire.
  9. no-one nuggetted me either, although I've come really close to it... "the wheels always spin once you get over fifty thousand revs!"
  10. I've got the TG mag one too, the gallardo is sexy!
  11. I reckon it's Will Young! it would explain why him and JC want to get married :p
  12. that car was horrendous! although if that's what Chinese build quality is like, rover may actually improve now they're owned by Najing!

  14. you guys don't want to know what my mind turned that into after all the talk of the secret things that happen in the staff room...
  15. congrats indeed mate, enjoy making tea for the higher staff! :p
  16. such a shame to see our resident car genius go :( hopefully i'll see you on the xbox in the future. look after yourself man.
  17. for the same reason songs are written in 4/4 rather than 3/4, for the best part it's easier and much more effective. long before Status quo were running off 3 chord wonders like Down Down... They made a brilliant creative song that is much more complex, they actually dumbed down their songs. it's called pictures of matchstick men https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j1cJFIGHkJA sometimes when it comes to music, less is much more, less complex songs sell better as they can be more catchy to the wider market. quite alot of music is simple really, people may fantasize over playing like herman li (dragonforce) but all he does is play scales very, very fast.
  18. definately a car model for lancia then? :p it's a shame they are gone really, killer supercars are becoming a thing of the past, soon we will be full to capacity with hotshot footballers who wont crash and die/have to retire from injuries!
  19. that's only the basic backing chords, sounds like a 3 chord structure to me, like 1-5-6, status quo made their name on 3 chords structures haha! loads of songs do it, its a good stable foundation to a song, notice that the songs fitted with that music but it was the lyrics that were reckognisable, using simple chords and making a very lyrical song isn't lazy, as lyrics are a bugger to write, also, all those examples were in the chorus, lots of pieces of music don't have one chord structure throughout. again, the chords may have been the foundation, but on songs like where is the love theres huge string accompniments that are far from lazy
  20. I know DeTomaso itself would not be revived, not happening, i was simply getting at the idea of technology behind sporty, nimble cars from Fezzer/Maser/Alfa could be in some way married to the powerhouse engine technology from Chrysler/Dodge to create the same effect that DeTomaso did all those years ago, hence being a spiritual successor, not a rebirth :) as you suggested, a mental car like that could go under anything, odly enough I think it would fit best under lancia. and yes, DeTomaso went into liquidation a while ago :(
  21. don't you only play your PS3 like, 20% of the time mike? i seem to remember you saying it was only useful when the 360 was dead! I haven't spoken to tenny in ages!
  22. Who

    OWNED!

both threads are down now :( what did they say?
  23. do you guys reckon that under this arrangement, Plymouth could make a return? or any other of the old Chrysler marques, like imperial for example? also, i'm very happy because now that Chrysler has some future proofing, the 200C shown at the Detroit auto show may make it to the roads!
