  1. The limit is probably Diablo's attention span when reviewing it ;) If using more than a few pictures then best to use a thumbnail gallery. If you're clever you can split up the gallery into sections that appear between paragraphs.
  2. TeamVVV and bSim ;) That encapsulates my biggest problem, I can make a lot of news seem tiny (look at the size of that paragraph) but struggle to inflate it the other way to make it seem worth writing a whole article for each item.
  3. JonZ released another new trailer featuring the Asano LMP, Forza 5 have added the Road America track as free DLC, there's a new PreAlpha 2 video for MX Bikes, and some Mazda MX5 mod renders for Assetto Corsa. Mario Kart 8 is due for release on May 30th, a GT Academy winner joins Red Bull's driving program, and I've got some new Next Car Game gameplay footage to upload later if anyone wants to include it in an article.
  4. But the release date is still 11 months ago And there's a joke in there somewhere in regards to linking the category name ('and flying') with TDU2's physics :) Given the tiny effort needed to digitally repackage something it's hard to say that means Atari is 'awake' :)
  5. Since that image slowly appeared (from top-down) I thought it might've been some screenshot of you towing a caravan
  6. Ah could be. Was just expecting it plus I recognised the map and dev name.

  8. You should know we're very literal around here
  9. I washed it a week ago, so yes(ish) Haven't driven that much last week actually since I've been on the bike more
  10. Twin charged 1.4 with APR Stage 1 ECU and Audi S3 intercooler and a bunch of other stuff I've installed. 203bhp / 320nm torque (might be higher now with the intercooler, haven't measured it). And my parents recently bought the Mk7 1.4 Highline - good car, congrats!
  11. Flying in descent... not thaaaat low ;)
  12. killalldude said I would be.... I don't have a thread for my car (hard to believe but true) so I'll have to dump this here for context: Maybe I should take some newer pics and make a thread :hmmm: (but yeah... I'm not really jelly/jealous)
  13. DGSotW Hall of Fame Week 43 Theme: GT3 Racing Cars Chosen by: superhyper Winner: superhyper
  14. Want to get one of your screenshots on the forum banner for ~2 weeks? This is the place you want to be then! * Stick to the implied theme (don't look for technical loopholes). Send a PM to the person who chose the theme if you are not sure about your interpretation. * Images must not exceed 5MB, and be at least 990px wide by 340px tall. * Each person who enters must cast 3 votes for other entrants in the same week to remain eligible. You absolutely must not vote for yourself. Voting infringements may lead to disqualification in the event of a tie. * Winner picks the next theme, unless winning consecutively, in which case the runner up decides. * Winner has 48h to PM a new theme to me or another member of staff if I'm away, if they fail to meet this then forum staff will pick the theme. * Competition is limited to games on all platforms of any age that are classified as driving/racing games. (i.e. FPS games that have cars in them are not eligible). Please mention what game your screenshot is from if not obvious. * Minor non-enhancing editing permitted (cropping, addition of your name, etc) is permitted, as long as the actual screenshot isn't tampered with. Just like all the other photo comps before. Week 43: GT3 Racing Cars "Welp, sorry I'm a bit late with this. My theme of choice would be GT3 racecars as in BMW M3/Z4 GT3, SLS GT3, 12C GT3 etc etc, should be clear enough Cheers!"
  15. My only critique would be that it looks a little bit too still overall. Could you perhaps start with a black screen and have the circle grow from nothing in the center, and have the text appear later?
  16. Noticed over the last month or so a bunch of random rendering issues i.e. smileys render on top of text instead of at the end of the sentence List of 'likes' renders incorrectly with usernames partly on top of each other Other buttons under posts in the wrong location
  17. DLC 6 for Xbox was made after PC (finally) received the MegaPack DLC, which was the only official DLC. We got a lot all that DLC a lot cheaper than Xbox players (don't forget they also had to pay for Hardcore mode) and as you said most of those cars have since been modded, plus we have loads of other mods that Xbox players missed out on, so don't feel too hard done by.
  18. Start charging up the video camera batteries ;)
  19. One of my Gran Turismo friends 'racing' his '86 around Sandown:
  20. Looks Like 2014 Will Be The Year of Racing Clubs WMD members actively assisting in the development of Project CARS knew there was another secret project in the works, and that the simulator would benefit from increased income, development staff, and of course extra content because of it. Well the secret's finally out with the announcement of an upcoming arcade racer destined for PC later in 2014. My.com, the largest Internet services community in Russian-speaking countries with a 100 million+ user base, approached Slightly Mad Studios with the aim of adding a new free to compete game to their catalogue. Creative Director Andy Tudor avidly avoided the term 'free-to-play' as gamers see these titles as 'pay-to-win', and Andy assured press that this was not their ethos. About 50 cars are planned for launch, with more content being added later, but how many of those cars will be free remains unknown. All locations will fortunately be available at no cost, similar to Simraceway's model. Fans will be happy to hear that World of Speed shares the glamourous graphics and weather engines found in Project CARS, however 'not a single line of of code' from the simulations' physics engine will be found in the decidedly-arcade title. Developers compared the car-handling to the Burnout franchise and stress players will be able to control the cars using keyboard, gamepad, or steering wheel input. Action Racing World of Speed takes action-styled racing games into a new era by combining features from a large number of previous games in the racing genre. Similarities can be found from titles such as Need for Speed, Burnout Paradise, Destruction Derby, Forza Horizon, DRIVECLUB, The Crew, and so on. Team Racing Compete in an ever-expanding number of gameplay modes where completing team-based objectives determines the victor. Being the first to cross the finish line no longer guarantees your victory; it's all about team-work! Hopefully this means no more first corner rage-quits. Cars Players can earn and collect a continuously growing roster of cars ranging from everyday city runners to the fastest super cars on the planet while housing them in their own custom garage. Performance and visual upgrades add the finishing touches. Clubs Players can team up with friends and other players to form Clubs where they can customize their logos, earn access to a Club garage social hub, compete against other clubs, show off in the Airfield Playground and battle in high-stakes races in Territory Wars. Locations Race across iconic licensed circuits and custom built tracks based of real-world city streets - from tracks like Brands Hatch to the streets of London, Monaco and Moscow. The Future Designed as an evolving online experience World of Speed will be supported with regular updates and the addition of new cars, tracks, gameplay modes and much more for years to come! 21. If you know basic HTML coding it's pretty easy (since WP functions often don't work and I have to manually code in images and the like). Even if you just provide the content Diablo could [theoretically] clean things up before publishing.
