Ferrari have history in not wanting their cars in police chases (i.e. NFS 3, 4). That said I think they were ok with Hot Pursuit 2 (2001) and a few other recent NFS games (but not Most Wanted 2005). You could at least be chased in your Ferrari in TDU :)

Sounds take up a surprising amount of processing power, perhaps they re-budgeted some of the processor to other priorities (dynamic weather)?

If that happened here the car would be impounded, regardless of who it belongs to.

I guess everyone originally knew that GT Sport would be an off-shoot, but maybe they somehow forgot due to how long the game was delayed for - maybe they were hoping for more content to be added while issues were fixed. Hopefully this delay doesn't mean that GT-Next will be another 4 years away. I might check eBay to see if the game is available for reasonable prices instead of their usual premium but I'm not itching to play it so can wait. Of course with waiting comes the risk of few online players, but I'm interested to see how that is sustained over time as well. [+] actually I will probably ignore this title for now, having realised that I'd also need to resubscribe to PS Plus

It still has its' warts as far as I can tell (I haven't been playing anything, just reading articles). What seems to be a little strange is how much people are complaining about the 2 big racing games going down hill, but pC2 still seems rather undiscovered by comparison despite supposedly taking care of the most important criticisms: gamepad handling, FFB, number of cars and then adding innovative features like Broadcasting instead of (potentially) coaxing little kids into accepting a gambling mindset with crates, something I despise quite a lot more than most it seems (I first spotted the practice in Rocket League). I don't think the pC 1.5 attitude holds water. Most described GT6 as GT5.5. PC2 and FM7 both seemed to have been built in around 2 years. Is there evidence to suggest that FM has more new stuff in this iteration that everyone is loving (that actually relates to driving cars on tracks)?

I know they've been showing off the new middle eastern track, but does anyone know if there are any other new tracks\locations in this game that haven't been in Forza before? If that is the only addition, I find that a bit lame to be honest. I'm not playing anything enough to worry about a day one purchase, but I can see myself getting this one day for PC.

Would you say the focus is on 'just cruising' or on 'playground' areas\games (i.e. think Burnout Paradise or Forza Horizon)? - the latter might make up for any shortfalls in handling and be fun for forum members to muck about in. All the best with it.

Nearest resort is about 2 hours away from home. This one was about 5 hours away, and features Australia's longest beginner ski run at 2.2km. A bit scary (I went way too fast with no clue how to stop properly) but very good fun at the same time.

Sony/microsoft take a cut for every game sold on their platform, which is probably even higher if purchased on their online store. So by enabling more players to buy more games on Xbox, don't are just giving money away to Microsoft. Microsoft were ready to talk some time ago, early this year or even last year when rocket league said it was ready and working internally. So nothing is really new here with this article. However it is nice to see cross play on forza pc working.
