  1. Too much celebrating, I think. ;) -Leadfoot
  2. LOL, like the 928. Though the 928's actually NOT more aerodynamic in reverse, as people thought. :p -Leadfoot
  3. To continue the SLS Fastback idea, here's a quickie I made. Okay, so it's a Brabus SLS, but it still proves the point. :) -- OLD IMAGE REMOVED (imageshack) -- They should built it! :D -Leadfoot
  4. GT5 really needs a vinyl function. Badly. It'd be great to see that Corvette of yours with a personalized race livery. Who knows, maybe they'll throw it in a patch. -Leadfoot
  5. It's still 2010 over here. But how is 2011 over in Australia and Asia? ;) Does it live up to its expectations? :p -Leadfoot
  6. I've been waiting for something like that (an actual focal length change, not just a move forward/back mod)! Is it car-specific, or can it be downloaded for all cars separately? +Rep! :D -Leadfoot
  7. Very nice picture, especially with the rain. However, I just noticed something about your sig; I'd always thought the SLS looks really nice in it, with the spoiler up, those wheels, and that color and all. But I just noticed that, without realizing it, I had mistaken a reflection in the window behind it for part of the car. At a glance, it looked like the SLS had a C6-style glass hatch over the back, starting at the roof and ending just before the spoiler. But it's not actually there (and I guess I should have thought about it, because the SLS isn't available with anything like that). Such a shame, that's what the car needs. Heck, the original 300 SL had a glass hatch, not that hardtop-style thing the SLS has. Squint at the SLS in your sig, and you'll see it. -Leadfoot
  8. It's your project and your vision, of course, but my vote is for sticking with the Kona Blue (unless you plan on doing a full Eleanor conversion with the bodykit/wheels/suspension modifications/etc., but since it's not a fastback, I'm not sure that would look too good). Just my $0.02. :) -Leadfoot
  9. Wow! And I thought getting the SLS Stealth from GameStop was rare. Lucky! And by three versions, you mean the standard version, the version with the chrome-striped cars, and the version with the book (and toy GT-R), right? Or do you mean three separate pre-order deals? -Leadfoot
  10. We're hoping that DLC will bring more, but the car list is pretty much set in stone. In fact, it probably was long ago; Atari has to secure the rights to use every car on the list and have everyone's lawyers and accountants work something out. As a result, it is unlikely that the list will be added to (at least before release). Downloadables after the release, however, might be a possibility. As we've seen from TDU1, entire brands can be added (like Toyota, who had no presence in TDU, was introduced in the form of Lexus). :) -Leadfoot
  11. There is - welcome! :) -Leadfoot
  12. There is hope yet for the whole "Spec'ing up your car" thing! We have both the Mustang V6 Premium Pack (maybe the glass roof?) AND the Mustang GT. Oh, and the GT500. :) Other interesting cars on that list, too - thanks POSTER! -Leadfoot
  13. *Sigh* Those magazine pics always do too good a job at hiding the lack of interiors with concepts. :( It's a very down-to-earth feeling to see how fake the One-77 concept really is. :) -Leadfoot
  14. Your Z06 is very  ! -Leadfoot
  15. Hence my above comment, or something else shady involving that car. -Leadfoot
  16. Seems like that guy watched too much Fast and Furious. Could've been a stolen car, though, if a guy came out with a baseball bat. -Leadfoot
  17. If you have Windows 7, you already have it. If you don't, download it from Microsoft (though I think there's a link on the TDUPE site). :) -Leadfoot
  18. Okay, those prince/royalty guys officially have no taste. At all. :p Nice SLR pic, btw. And amazing Aston find, Des! -Leadfoot
  19. I noticed it, but all I thought is that that's a very lucky hedgehog. @Just_a_Script: Is that a triple-screen setup? -Leadfoot
  20. Nice shots! I wasn't sure I liked that ZR-1, but now it's growing on me. From some angles it seemed tacky, but from others it's great. :) -Leadfoot
  21. Well then, you need to level up in age, don't you? :p j/k :) -Leadfoot
  22. That, unfortunately (and embarrassingly  ) is true. At least people where I live have a decent degree of sanity. -Leadfoot
  23. Hehe, that reminds me that some things about the US are good after all... ;) I remember that feeling, though. -Leadfoot
  24. You missed my sarcastic "Oh, wait... " because this is, after all, Atari we're talking about. -Leadfoot
  25. You are correct. :) I just felt it would be more effective to quote his direct words for effect. :o -Leadfoot
