ur kiddin, right? U can't compare it with GT5, Forza or even Shift. Considering the size of the playin' ground, I think this level of graphics is more than satisfying. On the contrary, I'm afraid it will be slightly worse in the actual gameplay...

Very nice! The viper night shot looks particularly promising. The street looks smooth. Hopefully they won't mess up the game with tons of bugs. Any1 noticed anything about spec requirements?

There were some addresses about no night weather mode in Maciuk's weather mod thread, but apparently there's not enough interest for this. There's a good chance u'll loose those beautiful sunrises and night-falls if u mess with the night time. Maybe I'll give it a try though if I get some time off...

Ever heard of 'The Fox and the Grapes' fable? That's what it is. I can't have it, so it must be ugly, pointless, poor handling.... Bugattis have never been pretty cars, they always been what Veyron is now. High performance luxury car. Not a racing car (well they were, long time ago :D), not a beauty car. It's really like a Concorde. Super fast and luxurious. And like Concorde, it will never have a sequel model....

Maybe Mr. Ron Dennis hasn't been ridden in Veyron either? Because if he had he would've never said such a commercial nonsense....

Why u guys always referring McLaren to be 10 years old? I believe we should compare Veyron with new MP4-12C, right? And it will be painfully slow, 320km/h. Anyway, I think comparing McLaren with Veyron is totally pointless. McLaren is an F1 car dressed in a carbon fibre skirt. It's half of tone lighter, therefore doesn't need all this power Veyron does. Old F1 is even lighter and much faster but it's max speed is 390km/h without a limiter iirc. Veyron is a proper super performance grand tour car, it's heavy but that price must be paid if u want to cruise thousands of kilometres comfortably. In McLaren u can't. Ur kidneys would fall off after few hundreds of km. U just can't compare an rather bold track car with a luxury long distance car.

The fuel consumption is a very important part of lives of all pertolheads and motorsport enthusiasts so why leave it out? It's like u say: "c'mon clutch will be very annoying after some time, don't put it in the game!" But only if they make it properly. Each car gotta have its accurate consumption as their RL counterparts, otherwise it wouldn't make any sense...

Haven't noticed some1 asked it already so... Is there gonna be some beta-testing and when?

Want my honest opinion? I think all TD games prior TDU were totally crap games, way behind the competition. U clearly see the major leap between 2002 and 2006. Something extraordinary happened in that time. Fortunately. ;)

Hey Dave! From ur sig I'm assuming we got a similar car taste (never mind the Alfa concept thing in mine ;) ) There's gonna be even more life in here as the fall is coming

The patch is just great, works very well! The only thing that bothers me is that 90% of all traffic cars are completely in white silver colour, only some of them are red/blue/green silver. I can't remember what was the case before but I would certainly love some more diversity in colours, not all of them should be shiny silver....:cheeky:
