How can you unlock an unused dealer?

I've seen someone do it to the Japanese Imports in a video but the guy didn't say how? does anyone know.

It doesnt unlock it, you replace that dealer with another dealer (the old one gets closed)

That are mods, Porsches arent in game. You can look in the mod section for the download links

Correct! I did the Japan Import mod/video. It's just a simple database edit; replace the numbers of one dealer with the other dealer that you want to unlock. All it does is move all of the cars to that dealership and activates it. The old dealership will no longer work.

 

I also moved Audi to their showroom in the north.
