Hardcore mode

I have TDU for my xbox, and I downloaded hardcore mode for my racing wheel. I am only an expert, but for some reason, hardcore is permanently enabled and I can't even choose it as an option on the title screen. I hate it and want it off. What is wrong with my game?

First off, you can only access HCM as a Champion, awkward you can use it at expert level, and you may have to re-download it.

Try deleting it off of your Harddrive. Once you're champion you can re download it from your download history at no extra cost.

Do you have the "H" symbol at the left side of the screen and the other display on the right side of the screen? If not, Hardcore mode isn't on and you get the option to turn it on or off once you are champion level.

guys i got hardcore mode too, used a steering wheel with it,

1: it was awful

2: now i have turned it off when i use normal mode with the controller my steering is all twitchy and as soon as i touch the left stick the steering wheel/handlebars turn full lock and the handling is shocking plz help, not only that it ruins the game becaus i use cockpit mode and its heartbreaking to see a wheel jumping full lock from left to right in miliseconds how do i fix this??:crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying::crying:

Try Disabling Steering Wheel, and adjusting steering sensitivity in the Options menu when paused.

i have tried that but its no good :( its bad enuf that my save with all the cars in the game got corrupted but this just makes it even worse :(
