Wow that sucks. You're probably better off parting out that car. It would be really expensive to fix a crushed roof. Or you could try and make it into a convertible ;)

Good thing you didn't sell your Jetta, otherwise you wouldn't have a car. And you know what? If people at your school make fun of your BMW getting crushed by a tree, ignore them, because half of them probably can't afford one in their whole lifetime. :pathead:

Hopefully the insurance will allow you to get a similar or better/newer BMW (or whatever takes your fancy). Hopefully they don't make the process too long and bothersome.

Insurance company refused to pay a single penny saying it was a "force majeure" which was not included in the agreement! And the good thing is, I am not the owner of this car for almost a year! Anyway, thanks for your nice comments ppl! :)
