I still dont see why people post modded cars, I thought they weren't allowed?

It replaces the SC430 which is a class F car so the Range Rover is already allowed no matter what car :)

1. Photoshopping is allowed as long as it is not too apparent. Examples of this include changing brightness/contrast or saturation. This is fine. Adding blur or any kind of photoshop filter to your image is not allowed. I will be the one that decides whether a picture has gone too far, noone else.
