I reccomend the official TDU website. They have a download service where you pay with credit card and download it to your computer. Thats where I got mine, and they say it's ok to copy it to CDs.

i see you are in california. i did a search of gamestop's inventory using the 90210 zip code and found quite a few. talk to your local gamestop, some stores will have it transferred from one to another
