how to add splitters and other things like smoked lights... to existing car body ?:confused: witch programs do i need ?

I want to add splitters, smoked lights and other things to SALEEN S281 BODY

What do I have to do to make smoked lights?? I have PS.. :)

And, how can I make LED lights like Tool has on his S5 and R8?? Is there a tutorial for that?:confused:

Take a look in here on how to make smoked lights and stuff. To make LEDs however I am pretty sure you need ZModeler.
