If you installed the physics it's located at the Chevrolet Dealershio on the far right (when looking at the map)

 

If you didn't install physics, then its in the Pontiac dealership.

 

And if you are just starting TDU but installing mods then unlock the dealerships.

No. You can manually install this over another car instead, but be sure to back up your original car files.
