TDUPE and TDUMT

Hey,

my TDU Modding Tools aren't working anymore since I used TDUPE... I change the brand of a car with TDUMT but the car still has it's original brand and name in game, even if TDUMT shows my changed name. With TDUPE I can change the names and it's working in game but I want to use TDUMT because I can add colours... Please help me :confused::confused::confused:

You're gonna have to reset your database back to the original with DB.Bnk.

However, this should not be happening at all and I'm sure there is a simpler fix but since I am unable to replicate this bug on 8 test computers I can't really help.

Ok, I tried to reset my Database with my original DB.bnk. All settings were original again. I tried to change somethings with TDUMT and with TDUPE but they weren't working in game. I saw the changes just in TDUMT and TDUPE.

Not sure if you already have.. But did you download the 1.67d patch?

I had a lot of issues with renaming cars in TDUPE and they wouldn't even load in TDUMT. so dredgy told me to download the community patch 1.67d (a requirement for TDUPE) and copy over all the files in the DB and DB_LANGUE folders.

When i did this it reset all the car names back to there originals, but i was then able to go in and change them all no problem.

If you have installed the 1.67 patch then i have no idea sorry...
