I don't think the TDU 2 PC requirments have been anounced yet..

Yes, the official requirements have not been anounced yet but I wanna know if i must buy upgrades for my pc in order to run TDU 2 at high details :D

Welcome to the forum ;) I'm no hardware expert, but your specs sound pretty good to me... Guess they'll be enough for TDU2. And no, I don't think it'll require the TDU1 disc, from what I know the Oahu map will be changed a bit (off-road routes will be added).
