1980's tuned versions of the Mercedes Benz 560SEL/C (W126)

The 80's, the years of excessive materialism, neon lights, pastel colored clothing, minimalist houses, Miami Vice, white Testarossa, drug dealers, the Challenger tragedy, Tina Turner, Michael Jackson and so on...

Every famous person, owned a tuned 560SEL or SEC, with wide bodykits, and surreal interior options. Sometimes these options were costly as the base car (50-70.000 $).

Here are some of them...and most of you will say that they are as ugly as George Bush in a Bikini, but, they are the perfect objects, that reflect the spirit of the 80's!

All horrible. The only proper Mercedes tuner is AMG, all other companies who ever touched an MB should be hung up and put on display around Stuttgart and Affalterbach citylimits as a warning not to mess with either of two.

I mean, look at that black one, looks like it has a freaking serverbuilding in the dashboard.

All of them are beyond ugly, even for 80's styles.

Guest turbo lag

May I ask, what is the point of this thread? Is it to show that you can post pictures or something? At least give us some information on the cars?

Please stop posting useless threads, you made one a couple of days ago and why not just show these cars in that or a number of various other threads? And correct me please if I'm wrong but, is the text before the images from Wikipedia or some other site?
