We can also see Ferrari F430 in background which isn't included in the game (we have F430 Scud and 16M though). It says nothing about the game or dlc, I'm afraid.

There's are one or two empty discs in the Merc showroom which most likely are for DLC cars (and not the 300SEL Red Sow, that most likely would end up in the classics showroom), but I don't think that E-Coupe would be in. Most gamedevs only know MB because they happen to sell cars with three extra certain letters in the name, so I doubt they find the non-AMG E-Coupe interesting enough for TDU2.

Because they were in a dealership? Look under the logo at the end. This was just shot on a showroom floor.
