In the release version there won't be wipers or indicator icons inside the car, after release though who knows.

I don't use my wipers in real life when it's raining because they don't work properly so not having/using them in a game will be a walk in the park.

 

Indicators, probably wont use them that often (if at all), I kept forgetting about them in the Beta anyway.
