How have reliablity/repair costs been for the E39 5-series Bimmers? I've looked at those a little, but always figured it'd be typical BMW - expensive, expensive, expensive to repair.

My dad has 2002 530d M sport with all techies inside you can possibly order. Its cheap actually, only the usual service and tyres. Its still on its 16"s as he doesn't want to ruin the ride (as it rides better than a limo!)

 

He bought E39 M5 too last year which now we are selling again due to an upgrade, and that is a bit costy compared to the diesel.

It's very expensive to repair but if i crash a car 1 time i don't like it enymore and i want a another one and i sell it

no i am not a rich, my father is politik in Chechnya and he send se evry month mony and i buy a lot of cars and some times crash them :lol:
