Physics in game problem

Hello everyone!

 

I've got since a long time a problem with some cars. I start driving and it doesn't want to change gear (I'm in automatic) For exemple the Mclaren MP4-12C of Tool831 with turbolag physics or the Audi S4 made by Norby with GOLF Physics. Another car have pretty the same glitch, The Mercedes CL65 AMG have trouble to accelerate straight but to a certain moment it can goes propely. I think my video can explain better my problem:

I'm not sure since I never bothered with the physics, but it might be the gear ratios.

I think so yes. I can make screen or videos if someone need more precision.

What happens if you change gears manually?

It works but I'm on the keyboard. I know it's better to play in manuel.
