How to add new car in TDU ?

Soo, im like a total newbie. Replacing cars is easy, but ive lately found the mod to add new spots, so i thought that it'd be great.

 

It probably will be, but so far, i have no idea how to actually add them, and i cant really find any clear tutorial.. (is there any?)

the thread you mention is rather old, and new ways have been found since then (even if they share the same base).

Read posts and not only the very first one, to see what you could achieve (ingame pics are included).
