Error: cannot create profile: the profile already exitsts on tdu world

In the TDU2 menu, select "Profile" and then "Edit.
If you press "Edit", it will ask you to go back to the title screen to edit.
You will then be asked for your password.
Enter the password that you saved in TDU world.

Then it will say
I get an error message saying "cannot create profile: the profile already exitsts on tdu world"

No matter what I do, no matter if I close the game or restart it.

So when I press "newgame", it deletes the saved data.

When I give up and try a new game, for some reason I get the message "cannot create profile: the profile already exitsts on tdu world".

When I try to delete it because I want to create a new one with the same name, I get the message "The current profile cannot be deleted”.

 

I can't play on TDU world because of this.
What should I do? Please help.

I'll eventually give up and use a new character name, but I'm afraid that my TDUWORLD profile will accumulate.

Hi,

Profile deletion is not yet implemented for the user to delete their profiles from the website. For now, you will need to contact @xXBeefyDjXx if you want your profile to be deleted.
