The patch is released and confirmed!!

 

The patch can also be downloaded here ftp://ftp.download-center.com/international/testdriveunlimited/TDU_PC_Patch_166A.zip

The patch should be on, I’m unable to announce it on the forums as they had to be taken down to allow more traffic for download.

 

The version should be 1.66A, if that’s what they’re seeing that’s the right one :)

Yeah I'm adding a note now, but remember the member who said 1.86, we weren't sure if he was an Official rep of Atari or Eden. I'm going to email The_Mole and see if I can find out anything about this.

Hi there I have just had it confirmed that it is the actual patch, I'll have a quote for you hopefully. The euro boards were taken offline to allow for more traffic for download.

i just tried it, and sadly it didnt fix the steering wheel lag. I'm very disappointed and sad. That means the game is going in the bin. sadly.

Well, well, well. The patch has now been released, and it turns out to be exactly the same patch as the "unofficial" leaked and amazing dangerous patch from before.

 

The only word I can really think of that comes to mind here is: OWNED

Well, i found bugs they didn't fix... The Window bug for example.

When you take a car out of your garage and the windows are closed, then press W to open them, it will say that it closes your windows... I hate that bug, it really annoys me :(
