Here i shall show you what myself & my dad are building together. :)

Engine Status:

 

Alfa Romeo 44 Cloverleaf

AlfaSud adapter plate

Gas shocks suspension

Machined front brake disks

(Original) Brake drums on the rear

Holden Commodore radiator

Modified fuel tank

2 battery's (1 for main door, 1 for main power)

Greased up gear box linkage and other parts

Model: PL30 Fiberglass kitcar (Hard Top)

Original Colour: Red & Black

New Colour: Electric Blue (Ford BA XR8 Blue)

Custom hood scoop

Custom boot scoop

Opened rear gill vents

New front windscreen

Custom made side window frames

Custom made Front bumper air flow metal plate

Metal scratch plate

 

LED Rear lights and indicators (Not official)

Vinyl/padded dashboard

Black Carpet interior

Custom checker plate center console

Custom accelerator/brake/Clutch pedals housing

Fire extinguisher with holder

Custom sports steering wheel

Sony XS-GTF1625B Speakers (190W)

Gear stick sock?

Simply not possible, Its not a show car at all, plus.. You gotta think this is a VW with a 1600-S Gear box & for a motor to fit it needs a adapter plate also the motor is located in the rear with very minimum space, you gotta fit the radiator and oil cooler, they take up alot of room already. Oh and all car registration places have stricked registration rules..

 

Btw we ain't rich or made of money. :)

We now have the motor now, its been cleaned up abit. Some parts will be spray painted and have new chrome caps etc. So it will look new again. For a used motor we tested it before we brought it, so it runs very smooth which was a surprise.

Last night dad cut the bonnet and now has bonnet scoops, just needs to be fiberglassed and need some putty then it will look excellent. :)

How Embarrising but i just relised the title for this thread and how ive been spelling purivs its meant to be 'Purvis'. Stupid me... I cant change the title but if a mod can fix it i would appreciate it.

Anyways little update: We are now looking at a adapter plate, which goes between the gearbox and motor to be bolted on.

New photos guys!

 

:D We finally got the Adapter plate, pressure plate, Clutch plate. Body is back on but needs to be taken off later on. Fuel tank fits, rear scoop is now fiberglasses on. Next the fuel take needs to be pressure tested, radiator is next to fit in and we need to do measurements etc before. :)
