Navigation screen isn't a texture.. Its mapped out in the 3D interior. Which you need zmodeler.

how hard is it to make the third tail lights work? I might just go through the full list and see how many cars have third tail lights that don't work, and fix it for all to enjoy! (gotta get a start modding somewhere right? :))
