Car performance /decrease power

Hello , can someone make mod on Audi A3 or A6 or another car , decrease performance, i mean something like 1.9tdi or 2,5tdi 110-170HP, it would be great, and second request to change audi A6 guages becouse when you drive more than 100km/h it shows wrong speed.... sorry for bad english:)

That is a body swap but it is possbible to mod car speeds, but it also gets you banned so im not gonna tell you.

I know. The 400kmh Skyline was a simple body swap with a Lambo. The YouTube video says. Everyone else online saw him in a Lambo.

Iced, there IS a way to change performance because if you remember that russian guy (i think) who had the 680hp R34 that showed us a while ago (few months back). Just i don't think anyone knows how to do it for shops yet.

But I thought that only changed the numbers and not the actual performance? :confused: Or was I wrong about that?
