Partially because half the time you can't see it.

actually its not what i tought this theme,s pictures would look, mostely the guy,s focus on the cars, and just have as little smoke on it, i see a minimum of guy,s acutally focusing on the smoke, thats the guy,s thatll get votes from me...

^ The theme didn't specify what sort of smoke, niether did it say we had to focus on the smoke. All it said we had to have smoke in the picture.

Well, if you don't like the fact that they don't have lots smoke in the picture, just don't vote for them. Afterall, that means it's easier for you as there's less pictures to choose from :)

i said that the pictures dint look like i was thinking i they would look like in this theme, all pictures are good.

maybe we should limit the next potw to 20 people or something. first in first served because too many people are entering & it spreads the voting out too thin.

we got a PhOTW comp on another forum and it's first come first serve. the limit was 10.
